I grew up locally in Lichfield and attended Willows Primary School and Nether Stowe School.

Before coming into politics I taught physics and astronomy at Great Barr School and Paget High School.

 

I then became a union organiser for the teachers' union, NASUWT, and a member of the Lichfield District Council in 2019.
